Meet the Team
Eytan is a psychologist who works with children, teenagers, and adults. If challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, past trauma, difficulties in relationships, neurodiversity, or persistent negative thoughts are affecting your life or your child’s life, Eytan can help you or your child develop practical strategies to manage them and focus on what truly matters.
Working with clients across all age groups, Eytan uses play therapy and attachment theory when working with children and families. For adults, he offers thoughtful, tailored support using a variety of therapeutic modalities that respect each person’s unique needs.
Sessions with Eytan provide a compassionate, encouraging, and guiding environment aimed at personal growth. His approach is primarily person-centred and holistic, emphasising the importance of the therapeutic relationship. He creates a non-judgmental, stigma-free space where clients feel empowered to take control of their mental health and well-being.
Eytan employs a range of evidence-based therapies adapted to individual needs and preferences, including:
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Mindfulness
Behavioural Parenting Training
Hypnosis
Through these modalities, Eytan delivers comprehensive care designed to support meaningful and lasting change.
