Assessments Services for Children and Adolescents

Cognitive Assessment (For children over 6 years)
The Cognitive Assessment includes an initial consultation with parents to review the child’s cognitive, social, family, and emotional history. The assessment is conducted using the WISC-V and results in a comprehensive report with recommendations for both home and school. A parent feedback session is provided, and consultation with the child’s current schoolteacher is also included.

Full Academic Assessment
The Full Academic Assessment begins with an initial consultation to review the child’s developmental history. It includes academic evaluations using the WIAT-III for numeracy and literacy, and results in a detailed report with recommendations for home and school. A feedback session with parents is provided, along with consultation with the child’s schoolteacher or guidance counsellor.

Full Academic & Cognitive (IQ) Assessment
This comprehensive assessment starts with an initial parent consultation and includes both cognitive testing with the WISC-V and academic assessments using the WIAT-III for numeracy and literacy. The service includes a detailed report with recommendations for home and school, a feedback session with parents, and consultation with the child’s schoolteacher or guidance counsellor.

ADHD Assessment
The ADHD Assessment involves an initial consultation with parents to review the child’s developmental history, followed by emotional and behavioural assessments using the Vineland-3 and Conners 4. It includes a consultation with the child’s schoolteacher, classroom observation if needed, and an individual session with the child or adolescent, as well as parents if necessary. A comprehensive report with recommendations for home, school, and psychological support is provided, along with a parent feedback session.
